CRI (Luxembourg) S.A. is a well-established Luxembourgish IT services, consultancy and content services company with its headquarters in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Strategically located in the heart of the European Union, CRI has served an international client base for more than 30 years.
Since 1981, the company has been delivering high-quality services to governments and the European institutions, in particular the European Commission, Eurostat, the Publications Office, Council of Europe and the European Parliament. In parallel, it has provided IT expertise to private clients such as banks, telecom operators and industries.
In 2011, CRI has been fully integrated into the CRI group of companies — a Luxembourgish holding which operates in the fields of telecommunications, security and technology outsourcing and international public institutions.
The aim of the CRI group is to expand its activities through a series of acquisitions in different European countries, striving to export Luxembourg’s organisational expertise and success all over Europe.
As a first step of the CRI group’s expansion, in January 2012 CRI (Luxembourg) S.A. acquired a Belgium-based company in Brussels which will be rebranded as CRI Belgium Sprl.
