For one of our clients in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a COBOL Developer for a long-term mission who will independently support the IT projects & outsourcing unit of the company.

Work description

The COBOL Developer will perform the following tasks:

• analysis of user queries
• definition of appropriate solutions
• communication about the queries’ evolution
• preparation of test protocols and validation

Skills, qualifications & experience

• higher education degree (engineering, university, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in computer science/IT, economics or mathematics
• professional experience of at least 3 successful years with the environments COBOL, CICS and DB2
• knowledge of Swifts messages
• knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• fluent in English and French
