- The CORDIS Support service provides a 1st-level helpdesk (content and technical) to information providers who want to publish on CORDIS, the Community Research and Development Information Service for science, research and development. The Support service also provides 2nd-level assistance to general CORDIS users who wish to access information, documents and online services. The service assists the contractor’s project management team by preparing and taking part in management meetings with CORDIS project officers as well as other contractors.
