- Project description
- The NECTIS portal is the external website (extranet) of the Situation Centre of the General Secretariat of the Council (GSC SITCEN). The portal has been developed for exchanging information and empowering collaboration on crisis management between the GSC SITCEN and the Situation Centres of the EU Member States. An additional subsystem enables the collaboration between EU Member States in the area of consular information (COCON). The major activities in the project include coordination of development, maintenance and operational activities, technical analysis, system testing, end user training and support.
