Prof. Peter S. Horn PhD, LLM, MBA

Prof. Peter Horn was educated in California, obtaining his BSc, MBA, Master of Law and PhD in International Finance.  In 1978, while serving as the Director of Accounting for Department of Municipal Affairs, Government of the Province of Alberta, Canada; he founded Athabasca Center Commercial Developments Ltd. Canada, an international real estate investment group whose activities included acquisition, development, maintenance and syndication of hotels, office towers, shopping malls and apartments.

In 1987, Peter founded Euro-Capital Group, Inc, a private investment banking and equity group providing full banking, trusteeship, corporate management, executorships, and securities services to international clientele. In 2000 he co-founded Nautilus Biotech SA, responsible for the commercialisation of the firm’s research and development capabilities.

In 1995 Peter was appointed Dean  and in January 2009, Chancellor of the International School of Management and St. Johns University, New York. He manages MBA, IEMBA, DBA and PhD programs on-campus and online in Paris. He also services as member of the Board of Commissioners for Bachelor and Graduate Degree Programs for the Association of Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), an intentional business school accreditation organization authorized by the US government.

He also consults with CRI on corporate finance, international taxation law, academic business programs, and provides international group P&L expertise.
