Qualifications • At least 2 years experience with a university degree, or 4 years without a degree
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proven programming experience
• Work well in a team and communicate easily with collaborators as well as end-users
• Work in either French or English, (both written and oral), with a good knowledge of the second language. Other languages are considered an advantage

Candidates would normally be experienced in several of the following:
• Java J2EE (servlets, JSP, JDBC)
• Oracle, SQL database development
• Application servers e.g. Apache, Tomcat
• XML, XSL, PHP, CSS, HTML
• LDAP, SSL, CVS
• Methodologies
