CRI opens subsidiary in Brussels
As part of the international expansion of the CRI group, in January 2012 CRI (Luxembourg) S.A. opened a European subsidiary office in Brussels, Belgium. The subsidiary will be branded as CRI Belgium Sprl and is the upshot of a 100% stake acquisition of E.S.I., European Strategic Investments, a Brussels-based company active in the field of high-level consultancy to international groups in the European international affairs market segment.
