With this acquisition, Computer Resources International (CRI) intends to launch the international expansion plan of the CRI Group of IT companies and enhance its presence in the BeLux market to be closer to its customer base. After the rebranding, the subsidiary office will operate in the fields of IT and telecommunications for both private and public customers.
‘CRI is pleased to provide a new service by extending the group’s reach to the new office in Brussels, which will be led by Frédéric Baeke, Commercial Director of CRI Luxembourg,’ said Stefano Bodrato, CEO of the company during a strategic meeting at CRI’s headquarters in Luxembourg-Dommeldange. ‘We are excited to be opening this office in Brussels which will allow us to build on our long-standing relationships with our customers. We look forward to working with our current customers in Brussels but also with new partners,’ he added.
‘Brussels is just so international, with an excellent business climate and home to the EU, NATO and other important institutions. We see clear synergies with CRI’s activities especially in the area of business intelligence, security solutions, IT projects and outsourcing and management consultancy,’ explained Mr Baeke. ‘Bringing in CRI’s international spirit and the wealth of 30 years of experience in IT and consultancy will be our differentiating factor. We are here now to exploit the potential not only of Brussels’ business partners, but also offer tailor-made advice and consultancy services to foreign companies that consider Brussels as a key destination for new economic activities’, he concluded.
CRI Belgium’s new Board of Directors will include William Van Malderen as President, Laure Wauters and Stefano Bodrato as Board Members.
The new subsidiary office in Avenue Jules César 3, B-1150 Brussels, is centrally located in the magnificent environs of Avenue de Tervueren, in front of Woluwe Park and only 1 km away from the European institutions.
Established in 1981, CRI (Luxembourg) S.A. has its headquarters in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in Dommeldange, close to the Luxembourg-Kirchberg district which is home to the majority of EU and governmental institutions and the key multinational companies in the financial, banking and business sectors.
