CRI will provide continuous assistance and support for the production of the Monthly News Release on external trade. The services provided by CRI will include maintaining the publication database, producing data using proprietary Eurostat software, implementing data quality control procedures and optimising the production processes for the Monthly News Release. CRI will also take care of the corrective and evolutive maintenance of the NICE/SATIE application. Developed in SAS, it allows statistical data to be collected and treated and to produce indices on external trade for the EU Member States. CRI will also perform the seasonal adjustment of this data by using Eurostat’s Demetra software.
