The aim of this project is to perform the corrective and evolutive maintenance of the 'Mirror outlier detection’ (MOD) application developed by CRI. The Java-developed system detects mirror outliers of external trade data transmitted by EU Member States when they are loaded into Eurostat’s Comext reference database. CRI will provide technical assistance, analysis and new developments, outliers data production support, data control, statistical feasibility study and methodology to its long-term client.
