Following an in-depth analysis of the Europe For Citizens subsite, CRI will set up interactive end-user assistance using Flash technology. A mascot will be created that will give an animated introduction to each important part of the subsite, thereby making it easy to access the existing content of the site. Where necessary, it will direct users to a choice of additional illustrative and educational support, such as video tutorials or success stories.
