The multilingual website of the CoR, which is the EU’s assembly of regional and local representatives with 344 members from all 27 EU Member States, was only recently migrated to the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 environment and will now need professional hosting, maintenance and further development.
As of February 2012, CRI will provide direct services such as hosting and related services, corrective and evolutive maintenance and implementation of changes. Further services may include the development of a user guide, analysis into Web 2.0 integration, interactivity improvement, mobile devices, profile and media centres, an interactive map, the development of an administration tool, a horizontal calendar, a statistics tool as well as an e-newsletter creation and dispatching system.
With these services, the CoR wants to more than double the website traffic in the near future, attracting an average 2,500 unique visitors per day.
