- This project brought into being the multilingual ‘EUlisses’ web portal (http://ec.europa.eu/eulisses), pooling social security information from national and EU sources for mobile EU citizens. The portal explains your social security rights in Europe when moving from one EU Member State to another and provides essential links to national institutions. CRI provided the Content Leader for this project who was in charge of drafting the entire content for the portal’s prototype, client contact (European Commission and EU Member State representatives) and work coordination with technical and design teams. This included content analysis of primary sources, desktop research, development of the information architecture, content navigation and a customised content management system (CMS).
